About Me.
My name is Emily Baber. I'm currently in my senior year studying
Graphic Design at George Mason University. I have always had a heart for
art and music. I grew up in the small town of Charlottesville, Virginia with a beautiful
view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. I began my career with photography, leaning into
studio art in my time at Northern Virginia Community College, then finding my path in
graphic design at George Mason University. My art isn't only for me. I aim to create things
that can be interpreted in many different ways depending on what needs to be seen for each
specific person. I value empathy, inclusivity, and timelessness in all my works. I hope to be able to continue the things I love to do in my career and I plan to use my experience to my advantage. My goal in all areas of my life is to simply thrive.
